Caravan is a London chain. They crop up in popular places and serve a good range of food and drink with enough vegan choices for us to join the party.
The juice selection is great and this particular spinach with a hit of ginger was very tasty. The apple gave a pleasant sweetness and the cucumber rode through the zing of the ginger with a nice clean neutral tone.
Pricey at £6.40 but that seems to be the going rate for these powerful juices.
