Yellow Curry Thai au Soberanos Brewers Escalante — Avis de Ire U. Dobles (4 août 2025)

This #curry #thai was delicious. It consists of #tofu, little pineapple chunks, peppers and onions, on a flavorful coconut and #yellowcurry sauce. As you can see it was served on the inside of the pineapple skin which I thought was pretty cool and nice, unique presentation! It comes with a side of rice and they gave me more tofu with sauce on the side because it didn’t fit all in the pineapple.
This restaurant is kind of a boogie place in a boogie neighborhood in #costarica, I’ve liked all I’ve tried from them, they serve delicious noodles and beers and good stuff, and they’re fairly #veganfriendly. Ambiance and service was great. It is a bit expensive though but most of their dishes are totally worth it and good value. This dish was like $17-$18. I would recommend it!
