Combro au Sankofa Square — Avis de th-vegan (28 juil. 2025)

Last Saturday the city of Toronto hosted the Indonesia Fest at the Sankofa Square. There were so many vendors, dancers and shows - it was so cool!! And it was also hard to choose where to eat until I found these delicious cassava patties stuffed with tempeh and green onions!!

*btw I didn’t expect them to be spicy so that took me by surprise but it was a good spicy haha - for me!

The Vendor is called: Dapur Gembul Indonesian kitchen. I couldn’t find any restaurant with that name so that’s why I set the location to Sankofa
