Ice cream, pistachio cream and chocolate sauce on top of a brioche bun.

This nearly broke me! My Mum helped a bit, but I think this would benefit from having slightly less ice cream 🍦😯

Oh my! I saw they were doing this with the okja pastry which is indulgent on its own. Definitely one for sharing!
