🇰🇷New #korean place near us with 30% off this week so we’re trying all the #veganoptions 🌱while it’s cheap. #veganonabudget I convinced the fussy French to go for the #japchae #glassnoodles as those are more authentically Korean. Udon and soba are Japanese so we’re going back today to try those today. He loved this and would order again and was amazed these noodles are made from #sweetpotato. 🍠I don’t get that either. How do they become clear then? It has a delicious sauce on it probably sesame and soy and veggies like #mushroom #carrot #cabbage 🥬🥕🍄‍🟫and maybe #spinach. It would be great to add some tofu to this for more protein or edamame? The staff are super nice, warm and welcoming here. They are still learning and getting used to things as it’s all new. I wonder if it’s a family run business. This is a chain and there’s another one in New Malden. Normally £12.50.
