Azteca Mexican Foods is giving sass, and I'm here for it. The tortillas have an earthy, distinctive taste that is refreshing. I made enchiladas (recipe from Nora Cooks here at https://www.noracooks.com/the-best-vegan-enchiladas/#wprm-recipe-container-4581), which were very filling amd tasty. There are enough in the packet for them to be a treat. I think I may be more of a nachos girl, which is lucky because Azteca make those, too.
