Soup ramen with smoky soy 'beef', corn kernels, cress microgreens, and beansprouts. 🍜🍖🌽 The broth infused with garlic oil was not bad taste-wise; personally would have liked it to be creamier and richer to resemble typical tonkotsu soup more closely!
