Butternut and Beetroot Salad au cafe billi bi — Avis de eat-plants (20 juin 2025)

Beautiful, fresh, delicious salad veganised from the menu by removing the feta... Billi B makes consistently spectacular food but sadly only offers one vegan menu dish (breakfast fry up.. also great).
That said, they have always happily swapped out ingredients on request and i love that I can still go there for awesome food.
This huge salad had everything... Butternut, beetroot, avo, carrots, leaves, baby tomatoes, cucumber, seeds, microgreens, sun-dried tomatoes.
Huge portion, huge love for the meal and staff who greet us like old friends, know our drinks order and try to guess our food ideas for the day.
