The main course of the weekly changing menu was this #miso #eggplant with #housemade sauce. The #aubergine was roasted to tender perfection with #umami miso and sweet #plum pieces inside, and toppings of gooey #veganmozzarella, crunchy #friedonions and creamy #lemon #veganmayo. Surrounding it was a tangy homemade #tomatosauce with their own bread to sop up all of it! The textures and flavors were sublime, kudos to the team who conceives and brings to life such innovative and unique cuisine. And what about the gorgeous presentation with #edibleflowers?

The 5 course menu is priced at 32,90 which includes a beverage, reservations required!
