Giving this a solid 4/5.
I wasn't sure what to do with this at first but eventually I just fried it and served it with some ramen (oriental flavour) and some random wok vegetables.
It turned out to be a pretty good meal. The vegetables were meh but the tofu was great and worked well with the noodles.
The tofu had a nice flavour (though I wouldn't have minded if the flavour had been a lil stronger) and it kept it's nice tofu consistency even if I accidentally fried some pieces a bit too long 🤷🏼♀️😅
Would def buy again.
