This starter of #yuzu chicken from Wagamama is pricy at £9.50 a plate but OMG, try it. It’s AMAZING!!! Absolutely the best thing I’ve had from Waga, and there is competition.
The “chicken” is so nicely coated and fried, then the sauce coating is just perfection. It reminds me of the best orange chicken I had as a kid and have never really had since. So. GOOD!!!!! You don’t even need the dip but it is an ok dip. I just wanted the chicken on its own though. Husband and I got a plate each when we went today (pics from his birthday since I forgot to take one of the starter today).
This dish is just five star and then some.
