Omg. This #wagamama #yasai #katsu curry is amazing. For £13.70 you get three slices of vegetables in panko and fried over a large portion of sticky rice and smothered in Katsu sauce. You get slices of sweet potato, aubergine, and butternut squash in the panko. The #aubergine steals the show by miles. Absolutely perfection.
I feel like you get too much rice in this dish. I’d rather have less rice and one more slice (or more…) of aubergine. But still yummy. So good.
The side salad to the dish is so good. The dressing is sweet and perfect for the lettuce. I would buy this all of the time if they sold it in stores. This has taken over as my favorite main from Waga.
