These #darkchocolate callets are similar to chocolate chips. It’s higher quality compared to couverture since no vegetable oil was added. Has added cocoa powder.
Tastes pretty good in the chocolate chips cookies I made. Used Rainbow Plant Life’s recipe but they didn’t spread much. This was due to my mistakes. They still tasted great though. I’m definitely #teamdarkchocolate as it’s not too sweet.
