Poutine Style du Nafsika's Garden — Avis de missnarciss (1 mai 2025)

This cheese works well in a poutine, but I don’t really like the shape. I honestly prefer making it myself with tofu in salted boiling water, but it works fine if you have no time or no energy to make the cheese.
