Signature Curry Puff 咖喱角 au Pure Heart Vegetarian (HQ) 心灵之素 — Avis de Steven Neoh (30 avr. 2025)

One of the more disappointing #currypuff offerings that I've sampled ever. The crust was actually okay, just about flaky enough (I always prefer them crusty) and just about buttery enough. But the filling was a big letdown - the #potato was undercooked and very tough to the bite, and there was nowhere near enough #curry (in powder or leaf form) so the whole flavour just fell flat 😐 At least now I know what I can't order from these guys, even if they may call it their signature! 🥲
