Very nice! #lobak / #ngohhiang was a huge favourite of mine when I was growing up, and now I've learned that #taro can absolutely play the role of the minced pork! 😋 Came with a bunch of root vegetables as well as some fresh cut cucumber on the side (and some chilli sauce) but let's get real, this dish is only ever about the pork (in #fakemeat guise now) and the crispy skin ☺️
