I ordered this wheat gluten on Amazon USA to make #seitan at home, but I was too lazy and never got the time to try it. Yesterday, I made some protein soy patties and thought I could add some wheat gluten along with my regular TVP, potatoes, and cabbage. It turned out great, each patty gives me about 20 grams of protein! I’ll definitely try to make seitan meat soon. If you’ve got any easy recipes, please share! 🙏🏾

Hope you can try this recipe for wheat gluten
Here's a recipe for steaks:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup vegetable stock, 1/2 cup crumbled extra firm beancurd(pressed to remove excess water), 1 cup vital wheat gluten flour, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 cloves garlic, minced,  1/2 small onion, minced, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tbsp BBQ sauce Extra BBQ sauce for grilling

Add all ingredients EXCEPT for vital wheat gluten flour in a blender and blend until smooth. Next, Place vital wheat gluten flour into a large mixing bowl, add in the blended mixture and stir with spatula or spoon until mixture comes together to form a dough. Knead for 4 minutes. Once the dough has been kneaded, place onto a cutting board or work surface and shape into a flat long loaf. Use a rolling pin to flatten. Cut across the center of loaf. And make slits all along the rest, not cutting all the way through. Steam the steaks, covered, for 45 minutes. Place steaks on a regular pan on low heat. Brush both sides with BBQ sauce generously and cook on low heat for 5 minutes on each side. To get grill marks, place on BBQ mesh and cook directly over fire for a minute Brush on extra sauce if needed.
