I recently tried the Coconut & Curry Hummus from Lidl’s Vemondo line, and I was pleasantly surprised. The texture is smooth and creamy, really nice to spread or dip into. The flavor is rich and well-balanced, with the curry coming through beautifully and just a hint of sweetness in the background. I couldn’t really taste the coconut — which, honestly, is a good thing for me since I’m not a big fan — but it does add a subtle creaminess. Great with veggies or crackers. I’ll definitely be buying this again!
