New menu item! Battered cauliflower fried to a golden crisp, coated in sweet, savoury, spicy, and sticky gochujang glaze. 🌶️ Not too oily and the cauliflower was surprisingly tender inside; someone commented that it almost resembled flaky white fish. Brought a bunch of non-veg guys here and they were shook, especially since they wouldn't typically imagine liking cauliflower. Those who were skeptical about ordering this at first took back their words too hahaha. 😂 Would recommend trying this, especially if you enjoy Indian gobi manchurian, Japanese tempura, etc!
