Brassica is kind of known for their signature Brassica fries. They make them fresh, so they ask you right off the bat if you are going to order so they can put them in. They're seved hot and crispy. They're also coated in a #delicious seasoning. I like dipping mine in a side of their #vegan red pepper dressing or herb tahini! Make sure you order a side if you visit!
