Biscoff Cake au Carolina's Petit Cafe — Avis de robographer (22 mars 2025)

Looks great but it's mostly dry sponge. The creamy part is ok but too sweet for my liking- might be ok for other people with more of a sweet tooth than me, but there's too much sponge in comparison to the cream. Would have been better to make a smaller portion. Also a moister sponge would be more enjoyable.
