I normally don’t like beets but the friends I was dining with were intrigued by this colorful appetizer. I’m glad they chose it because I was pleasantly surprised with the unique flavor and creamy texture! I especially loved the array of dippers, the veggies were so beautiful and fresh! This dip was a nice balance of sweet and savory and everyone enjoyed it!
