Could this dish be any prettier? Two pieces of #lentilloaf were covered in #cauliflower cream and #peppersauce, then topped differently. One with #sweetpotato crispy strips and the other with spicy #guindilla peppers. The artisticly placed garnish sauces were #basil, #mustard and #raspberry, providing a medley of flavors to play with. This dish is the only one that is purely vegan as-is. The hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It is priced at 17€, and served as our main dish within our half board plan.
The dining room is impressive and has a chilled vibe. Make sure you let the server know you are vegan when you are seated as complimentary hors d'oeuvres and dessert truffles were brought to our table but upon our asking were NOT vegan. We alerted the hotel upon making the reservation, in another email prior to arrival, upon our check-in at the reception desk... and still had this glitch.
