Featuring pulled mushrooms (shiitake mushroom stems etc) glazed in housemade smoky and sweet teriyaki sauce which was smoky and sweet (but not cloyingly so). Quite a nice umami flavour and shredded texture! 🌯🍄‍🟫 Layered with tomato, cucumber, and red cabbage. 🍅🥒 I got the wholemeal wrap which seemed to be smaller in portion compared to the other rendition with their housemade burger bun bread. But the whole meal was still quite filling as fries were included as well, albeit not the most nutritionally balanced. 🍟 Limited-time menu available from 26 Feb 2025 onwards at all outlets except Greendot Plus.
