Deep Fried Selection au Liutaio Music Restaurant, Café & Shop — Avis de Plumes (22 févr. 2025)

This dim sum restaurant was really nice.

They had 9 (count them!) vegan set menus, which more than I've ever seen in any non-vegan restaurant.

This was our first course of our Allegro menu, all lovely fried things!

The skewers were great and I especially liked the small pieces in the top right of the photo, which the texture reminded me of fake fish products but didn't have an overly fishy taste. 🐟
