I always want to try something new when visiting a restaurant that I like a lot, and I like this place so much, that I’ve already tried just about all the rolls. So of the three new specialty roles that I saw on this visit, I chose this one. Not only is it so beautiful with the colorful seaweed pearls, but I like being tested on sweet potato and mango because I either like or don’t like them as an ingredient, along with my all-time favorites, like avocado, shiitake, eggplant, and tofu. I was very pleased with my choice. I tend to like the sushi’s with some crispy texture the most, which this doesn’t have, so I wouldn’t add this to my top favorites, but still really good, one that I’d get again, to go with one of my other top favorites to make a nice balance.
