A great extra firm organic tofu. I usually buy the Sunrise brand but it was sold out, this was maybe a dollar more. I don't find there to be any significant difference in taste.
I used it to make sticky tofu and broccoli. I coated it with cornstarch and seasonings and airfryed before adding to the sauce. It was so good!
