I tried Abon Bayam Wayang Goyang, a new product by Loving Hut Moses Gatotkaca Yogyakarta made of spinach. It’s crunchy, sour and sweet. I couldn’t believe it was made of wild spinach, what an amazing way to show the rich potential of vegan meals 🤩
