there is a nice selection of homemade #cheese here. I don't remember them all but I chose pink peppercorn because i am a #pepperlover.
this was delicious. certainly not for anyone who does not like pepper. There was a mild cheese flavor with wonderful pepper overtones. 😋
it disappeared.
they do cheese tasting here where you can choose several flavors. the ones i remember were walnut (looks a chocolate torta in the foto) & curcuma.
this is a charming #100percentplantbased #rawvegan restaurant. i will go back.
