Convenient flavoured #tofu that can be eaten cold straight from the packet, I like adding it to noodle salads. I enjoy the texture of this kind of tofu (think maybe it’s fried first?). The marinade is quite watery though and doesn’t absorb inside the tofu, so only the outer has the #satay flavour.
