La Stella Nera

I tried the diavola pizza at Stella Nera in Berlin and while it wasn’t bad, I was a bit disappointed. The dough was slightly chewy and lacked structure, and the cheese didn’t really feel like mozzarella, more like a soft stracchino without much flavour, which didn’t make much sense to me. However, I did appreciate the light but pleasant level of spiciness. Overall, it was still enjoyable, so I’d rate it a 7/10. A tip: make sure to reserve a table before you go because it's quite chaotic
