Syntropy Bowl au Veganashi - Sushi Vegano y Gluten-Free — Avis de thekangaroo (5 janv. 2025)

this bowl was very disappointing. ingredients:
- sautéed bimi (that's a cross between broccoli and asperagus)
- baked sweet potato
- avocado
- azuki beans
- mushrooms
- baby spinach
- rocket salad
- flambéed tomatoes
- mustard vinaigrette dressing

starting with what was good: the sweet potato and the bimi. but unfortunately, all ingredients were cold and it was more of a salad since the base was baby spinach. but the worst part was the mushrooms which weren't really cooked/fried but kinda raw and tasted how i imagine oysters. maybe that was on purpose, but for me it was horrible. NO RECOMMENDATION
