My non-vegan girlfriend LOVES this dish, and that makes me so happy.

The hotcakes are super soft and fluffy.

The sawsage is flat-out insane. Incredible texture. It looks like the real thing. And this place makes the best seitan I’ve ever had. Not spongy at all. Then the flavor. Oh my. Heavy on the fennel seed, as it should be.

An incredible value at $11.
