Wonderful, big portion, super crisp 👌🏻
Restaurant Hiltl in Zurich is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world, open since 1898! In old days they had a back door because it was such a shame to eat vegetarian 🫣
The restaurant is still vegetarian, but most dishes are vegan. Every other dish can be ordered vegan as well.
