I like their interpretation of a vegan Karaage. It had a chewy fibrous centre with a light and airy outside layer. In fact it reminded me of KFC fried chicken that I had a decade ago, but tastes way nicer and healthier with less grease and just the right amount of spices and salt. It was drizzled with a tangy vegan mayo that I mopped up completely. I would really like to know their recipe… 🤔 #tokyo #vegankaraage
