The pasta was definitely well thought out and delivered. The hand-rolled pasta has a lovely al denote texture and the sauce is well balanced with tomato and umami. I clarified that I needed the dish to be vegan, and again dairy-free. The waiter was very caring and receptive. Overall a lovely dinner experience capped off with a lemon sorbet!
