First time I tried tempeh so I don’t have this to compare to anything else. The recipe I picked is not the best, but otherwise I am happy.
I liked the texture and the amount in the packaging. It’s extra plastic, but I liked the individual ziplock bags, saves a lot of space in my freezer.
It absorbed the smokey flavour very well, so I can experiment with different stuff.
