Pretty decent gyoza! It's really most suitable for frying, not deep frying or steaming, I didn't like that as much. The filling is fine, not bland but I think more herbs would have made it a bit more interesting. The gyoza fry well and don't fall apart, it gets firm and crispy which is just want you want when you eat gyoza of course!
