Colombian Potato Soup au P.S. Kitchen — Avis de Le Raton Saveur (2 nov. 2024)

This was such an interesting soup! It wasn’t heavy, like most potato soups, and had such an interesting flavour profile. Never had avocado in a soup before!

I split this as a starter with a friend and they were kind enough to serve it in two bowls, which made it a perfect small starter so we could save room for dessert.

Definitely recommend giving this creative dish a try.
