Sarson da Saag with Chapati au Jai Krishna — Avis de sianski (2 nov. 2024)

This dish might look a bit like green mud, but it tastes delicious, scooped up with freshly made chapati bread.
Sarson da Saag originated in the Punjab according to my menu. They are green leaves of mustard and cooked like spinach.
The chapati are yummy and work perfectly as a spoon!
Jai Krishna has clearly labelled everything vegetarian or vegan and there’s a big selection of both.
