Another beautiful flavoured dish from Stereo, the polenta is creamy and infused with nooch, lemon and shiitake, and the mushrooms are cooked on white wine and sage. Really wonderful combo. I think it’s comparable to the congee (a creamy delicately flavoured base topped with a vegetable/fungi) and I think I slightly preferred the congee because the aubergine was more rich and satisfying but this is a great slightly lighter option #saveveganrestaurants #veganrestaurant #allveganrestaurant #scotland #glasgow #mushroom #mushrooms #polenta
