This was absolutely delicious, I hadn’t tried congee before, and the way this was flavoured was sublime - infused with ginger, garlic, kombu and shiitake. The aubergine slices were generously portioned and cooked to perfection, really melty and rich and flavoursome . Also loved the crispy chilli toil and onion topping.
