island rolls au Raised By The Waves — Avis de bandita (7 oct. 2024)

This is a rice paper wrap, which adds a really nice slightly chewy texture with a subtle taste, with a thin spread of beet hummus, a variety of greens including sprouts, shredded carrots, bell peppers, cucumber slices, and purple cabbage, and a side of sunflower tahini, dipping sauce, I would have enjoyed this more if they gave twice as much of the sauce, which was really good, but it was barely enough for one roll. And I was being very conservative with it, trying to use as little as possible, and it still felt a little too dry, like a salad with no dressing, Someone who enjoys eating raw bell peppers and carrots as is with no spread or dip would enjoy this more then I did. I saved the other half for tomorrow. The wrap was firm and sturdy while I ate it, so it’s not too messy or difficult when eating fresh, but when I got home, my other role ripped and became really delicate, so it’ll literally be a salad for me tomorrow, which I’ll enjoy with my Just Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
