I normally see Elote off the cob, so was surprised by this presentation. 🌽 Nice to see the char marks from the grill though. Normally this would be served with Chipotle mayonnaise and Pecorino but when you select the vegan preparation option they remove this. It would have been nice to have the subbed with something but this was a perfectly decent #sweetcorn cob with just the tajin and lime! #londoneats #mexican
