These polpette were made from eggplants and they were accompanied by a mixed salad with avocado, nuts and quionoa.
I loved the texture and the flavor of the polpette, which were slightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The salad was a nice add, not particularly flavorful but very healthy.
The price for this dish was 15€ and I got it combined with a starter and a shared dessert but this plate alone could have been a dinner.
