Paccheri com crema di mare au Haiku — Avis de pattini (27 sept. 2024)

This was another dish from Haiku, a fully vegan restaurant in Palermo.
It was part of the daily dishes, so not included in the standard menu. It was paccheri with a “sea-flavored” sauce, made with chickpeas and seaweed. The sauce was very creamy and savory.
Overall it was a good dish and an interesting combination of flavors.
The price was 15€.
