Went on an outdoor adventure trip to Wyoming this month, found some #vegan goods to cook at camp!
First up this #veganbacon seitan! Was very delicious, and there was actually quite a bit that came in the package. It was sliced thin, and had that salty, smokey flavor.
Yes, I crowded the pan when frying it, but I was terribly hungry 😋
