yuzu pie au SŌW Plated — Avis de Liz Maselli (11 sept. 2024)

It's been years since I've had this pie, and it didn't disappoint. #Yuzu is a citrus, so this is very similar to a key lime pie. It had a vanilla #glutenfree buckwheat crust, #coconut mixed cream, fresh berries, and #lime zest. I really liked the texture of this. It was like a combination of jello and pudding. It was very good and I love that they have so many #vegan dessert options.
