Awesome Cheese, but deserves to be
perfected. Only con is that it's too salty, my aunt who's vegan too couldn't take it because of the high amount of salt, and she can't have salt for health reasons.
Other than that good for salads or even on its own. But just try to not add salt if using it as an ingredient in your pasta salads or other meals cuz it's already saltyyy🧂🧂🧂🧂🧂even for me.
