Three of my favorite things—curry, tofu, and kale—combine for an awesome light lunch. You can find this dish in the grab-and-go refrigerated section right next to the deli.

Hawaiian Moons is right across the street from Kama’ole I Beach Park in South Maui. Today is a beautiful beach day, and I’ve discovered you can avoid the crowds by coming here in the middle of the day when the weather is nice like this. Everyone else is still beaching, and I can be eating without a long wait in the checkout line or when ordering at the deli. 🤙 In the late afternoon and early evening, it can get more crowded here. 🏝️ 🌅 #mauivegan
